Biography

Mrs. Lamoureux possesses strong communication, facilitation and training skills in both official languages. She is appreciated for her strong leadership abilities and she is an efficient human resources project manager. She has a vast experience in HR management; experience in conducting HR planning and HR operational reviews, recruitment; staffing, preparing rating guides, advertisement, statements of merit, etc., conducting interviews and reference checks. She is also experienced in developing competency profiles for a variety of professionals; executives, engineering, administrative and communication personnel. She has experience in providing expert advice to Senior Management regarding HR issues.

She has a vast experience in facilitating workshops, team retreats and executive planning meetings. With more than twenty years of experience in facilitating small and large groups as a public servant and a consultant, she also coaches individuals in career planning, preparing for an interview and networking both in the public and private sector. Her experience includes coaching teams and executives in the area of change management, performance management and transition. She is certified with the NOVA concept (Disc, colours), Profilor and MBTI.

She has a vast experience in conducting learning needs analysis, designing and developing training material, delivering and facilitating learning workshops; especially in the areas of leadership and management
