You would like to be an Executive in the Public Service? You would like to increase your chances to be pre-selected? Learn how to respond to all the essential criteria and write a covering letter so you will be pre-selected. The Workshop will help you write your covering letter in order to increase your chances to be screened-in for an EX position in the Federal Public Service of Canada. You will have the opportunity to write strategic, complete and concise experience examples that demonstrate you meet all aspect of the Essential Criteria.

• Know how to read and understand all the information on the poster;
• Recognize and respond to the EX criteria being assessed at the Pre-Screening Stage of the process:
  • The Eligibility Criteria;
  • Essential Criteria.
• Appreciate the importance of the information included in your CV;
• Understand What the EX Key Leadership Competencies are and their related behavioural criteria.
