Written Communication Exercise French (WCE-FR 06A)

Companies are working more and more in environments where the use of English and French languages is becoming increasingly necessary in daily activities. Consequently, offering bilingual custumer service takes on increasing importance. Therefore employees must possess certain basic English or French language skills. The Written Communication Exercise (WCE-EN/WCE-FR) evaluates candidates' English or French written communication abilities based on a five-level qualitative rating scale.

• A test in which the candidate must write a letter in response to a client organization
• The letter must be format in nature and respect the rules of grammar, spelling, syntax and punctuation
