Mrs. Hélène Lê, Counselling therapist

Hélène Lê is a Vietnamese-born therapist practicing in Quebec. She is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She holds a Master's degree in Psychotherapy, Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University in Ottawa. Having worked in the field of music for several years, she has defended her thesis on an analysis of the narrative discourse of university students who have experienced anxiety in the context of musical performance. She has also worked as a school-based psychotherapist with adolescents with addictions and concurrent disorders in Ontario.

At Psychologues Consultants Y2, she offers individual therapy services to adolescents and adults.

Beyond the aches and pains, there are sensations, emotions, images and words to describe the challenges we face. She is an ally who can help you move forward on your life's journey and gently guide you to a better understanding of the suffering that has been weighing on you for some time, or even for a long time. She strongly believes that everyone has the unconditional right to be listened to in their suffering.
