Hélène Lê is a Vietnamese-born therapist practicing in Quebec. She is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She holds a Master's degree in Psychotherapy, Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University in Ottawa. Having worked in the field of music for several years, she has defended her thesis on an analysis of the narrative discourse of university students who have experienced anxiety in the context of musical performance. She has also worked as a school-based psychotherapist with adolescents with addictions and concurrent disorders in Ontario.
