While completing her master's program, she was involved as a research assistant in a multidisciplinary project called ECO-VISIONS (https://eco-visions.ca/). She studied the emotional experiences and perceptions of Canadian adults regarding climate change.
For several years, she worked in supportive counseling at the Association des Neurotraumatisés de l’Outaouais, an organization that has been operating for over 30 years, providing support and guidance to individuals who have experienced traumatic brain injuries (TBI) or strokes (CVA), as well as their families, helping them access psychosocial services tailored to their needs.
For over two years, she has been working with couples, families, and individuals, specializing in interpersonal, marital, and family relationships using a systemic and integrative approach. She tends to favor an emotion-focused experiential approach, helping clients to identify, understand, use, and better manage their emotions. She is skilled in supporting people dealing with relationship issues, as well as challenges related to anxiety, phobias, depression, grief, trauma, and various eco-emotions.
