Biography

Anaëlle Haddad is a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa (2023), as well as a Masters of Social Work specializing in Crisis and Trauma from the Tel Aviv University (2020). She offers therapy online, in both English and French, to individuals aged of 16 years and older.

With extensive experience, she offers a warm and collaborative space tailored to your goals. Her approach is client-centered, aiming to uncover the roots of issues. Her goal is to strengthen your resources and foster positive change. She is committed to providing a confidential space, guidance, support, and the necessary tools for your healing journey. She specializes in areas such as trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self-worth, interpersonal relationships, and more. Her approach is integrative and humanistic, combining interventions based on mindfulness, CBT, and ACT within a psychodynamic framework.
