My name is Carol-Anne Crépeau Prud’homme, and I am a psychosocial counselor.
For over seven years, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, drawing on a rich academic background that includes ten years of university studies in psychology, education, sexology, and spirituality. I strive to offer support that is deeply human, sensitive, and respectful of each person’s pace.
I primarily work with:
- children and adolescents experiencing challenges related to behavior, adaptation, or emotional regulation;
- young adults facing difficulties in their academic journey or personal organization, particularly in the context of ADHD;
- adults navigating complex situations within their couple, their family, or their parental role, as well as challenges in the workplace.
What I am passionate about is offering a safe space where individuals can settle in, express themselves freely, and move forward at their own pace toward greater well-being. My approach is caring and grounded in active listening, with particular attention given to the quality of the helping relationship.
