I’m Carol-Anne Crépeau Prud’homme, M.A. (candidate), a bilingual psychosocial practitioner and current psychotherapy student. For over seven years, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and adults, drawing on a decade of university studies in psychology, education, sexology, and spirituality. My approach is holistic, informed primarily by humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and existential traditions. I strive to offer support that is deeply human, attuned, and respectful of each person’s pace.
What I love most about my work is creating a safe space where people can pause, explore, understand, and reconnect with themselves. I’ve had the privilege of accompanying individuals navigating a range of experiences, including anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and life transitions. My approach is gentle and compassionate, grounded in active listening, with great importance placed on the therapeutic relationship.
