Dr. Claude Barraud is an accomplished, award-winning (i.e., Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal), and passionate conflict management professional and consensus builder with 12+ years of cumulative (cumulated) experience in Government of Canada and private sector informal conflict resolution. With a natural ability to identify and remove hindrances that prevent people from success, Dr. Barraud fosters a healthy and secure environment in workplaces in order to enhance individuals' well-being, selfactualization, and performance.
