Maude Éloïse (she/her) is a bilingual psychotherapist (French and English) and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations and Spirituality and a Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Spirituality from Saint Paul University.
She began her career in the helping profession, supporting women and children affected by domestic violence, before working as a crisis intervention counsellor in suicide prevention at the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de l’Outaouais. These experiences allowed her to develop expertise in supporting vulnerable populations and navigating complex situations.
After three years in private practice, Maude Éloïse joins the Y2 team, where she provides a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. She takes an integrative approach, drawing on existential-humanistic therapies, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
She works with adolescents (ages 14 and up), parents, adults, and men, guided by the belief that every individual has an innate capacity for growth, the ability to draw upon their inner resources, and the potential to create meaning in their life, at their own pace.
