Dr. Michelle Beaupré holds a doctorate (PhD) in neuropsychology from the Université de Montréal. Her doctoral research, which led to scientific publications, focused on mild traumatic brain injury (concussions) and its impacts on cognitive functioning (attention, memory, etc.) at different phases of the recovery process.
Dr. Beaupré has worked in a rehabilitation center, with brain injured patients. She has also worked in a clinic for developmental disorders as well as in the hospital setting, in various units including neurology, epilepsy, psychiatry, child psychiatry and general medicine in Québec and Ontario. Her work experiences have allowed her to gain sound knowledge of normal and pathological functioning in adults and children.
Dr. Beaupré focuses on excellent customer service and good communication. She offers assessment services in French and English at Y2 Consulting Psychologists. She is a member of the Order of psychologists of Québec and of the College of psychologists of Ontario.
