Individual learning plans
Our simulation exercises allow individuals to deal first hand with executive/leadership challenges and issues while interacting with and being observed by trained assessors - many of whom have worked as executive assessors for the Personnel Psychology Centre of the PSC.
Each participant receives a diagnostic report following the exercises. It describes the individual's strengths and areas of development and makes recommendations on leadership needs.
We offer assessments of work styles/key leadership competencies/personality characteristics.
Y2CP's psychologists and specialists have extensive experience working with executives to help them understand the ways in which personal characteristics can help or hinder their job performance and ultimate success.

In both options a copy of the report is sent to the supervisor unless otherwise instructed by the supervisor of the participant.
